    • Weforia is a deal site powered by yellowbook. With 100's of thousands of yellowbook local business clients alone, we deliver great deals to consumers like you.
  2. What does it cost?
    • Weforia is a free service to all users. You are only charged for deals purchased and any fees associated with the purchase such as tax, shipping, service fees, etc.
  3. Is my personal information safe?
  4. What's the catch, why are the deals so good?
    • Discounts are based on a large number of interested buyers all coming together at Weforia to receive the greatest 'group' discount from local businesses.
    • The purchaser will receive between 50-90% off on their purchase.
  5. Can I combine my Weforia deal with other coupons or specials?
    • Weforia does not combine other offers or promotions with their deals unless otherwise stated.

PURCHASING A DEAL

  1. Do I have to sign up?
    • Yes, you need to sign up for Weforia to receive details of the deal. It's as easy and fast as providing your email address, city and zip code.
  2. I like the deal I saw – how do it get it?
    • Click "Buy Now". You will be sent to www.weforia.com page where new users sign up and build their personal profile and existing users simply sign in. Complete the payment information and than a confirmation email with a link to access your voucher to be sent to you.
  3. I clicked "Buy", when does my credit card get charged?
    • Your credit card will be charged immediately. You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase with a link to access your deal voucher instantly!
  4. What methods of payment is accepted?
    • Credit Card and PayPal payments accepted.
  5. What gets charged to my credit card?
    • You will be charged for the deal(s) purchased and any miscellaneous charges associated with your deal, such as taxes, shipping/handling, service fees, etc.

AFTER DEAL IS PURCHASED QUESTIONS

  1. I received my deal confirmation email, how do I redeem my deal?
    • Within the email are instructions on where to collect your voucher. Simply sign in at https://www.weforia.com/login Click "My Account", then "My Purchases" (below) to see all details. Our merchants require you to bring the voucher with you to redeem your purchase. Simply print the voucher and take it with you.
  2. How long is a deal purchased good for?
    • Each deal has its own expiration date set by the merchant. To find this date see the fine print on your voucher or go to the "My Account" account page under "My Purchases".
  3. What if I cancel my order?
    • You can cancel a purchase by going into 'My Account', finding the specific deal you want to cancel and click "Cancel".
  4. How do I return a recent purchase?
    • You may return a Deal up to thirty (30) days after purchasing by clicking on the "Contact Us" link and speaking personally with one of our specialized Customer Care representatives provided that the merchant voucher has not expired.
  5. What if a deal is discontinued?
    • Weforia can discontinue a deal at anytime. If you purchased a deal that was discontinued after purchase your account will be credited in the amount charged. Use the 'Contact Us' page to reach a specialized Customer Care representative for questions.
  6. What if I only use a partial amount of my voucher, can I use the balance later?
    • Unfortunately, vouchers are to be used in full only. Partial payments are not possible and would not be available for purchases later.

REFER A FRIEND

  1. What is Refer a Friend?
    • Ahh savings...doesn't it feel good? Share Weforia with your friends and family to help them save. Plus, we give our users $10 credit for each friend they referred after they make their first purchase with Weforia.
  2. I liked a deal enough to share with a friend – now what?
    • For each friend you’ve share and who purchases their first deal we will credit your account with $10 to use toward your next Weforia deal purchase.
  3. How do I make sure I referred my friends and get credit for it?
    • When you share your deal a unique link is created for you and the deal you are sharing. Make sure you share your deals with your unique link. This is how we’ll know you referred them and if they purchased a deal in order to give you the credit.
  4. Do the Refer A Friends credits expire?
    • Your friends have up to 30 days to purchase a deal for you to gain the $10 credit. Once your friend purchases and you receive your $10 it will remain within your account until you use it.
  5. How many people can I refer?
    • Share the wealth… it's always the more the merrier for any deal!
  6. Can I keep track to how many friends buy and my credits?
    • Absolutely, simply by going signing in at www.weforia.com, clicking "My Account" and go to "My Purchases" to see your credits add up.
  7. My friend is already a Weforia member. Do they count in my getting credit?
    • Every member counts, but the $10 credit only applies to first time purchasers.
  8. I have accumulated a few credits in My Account. Do I have to use them all at one time?
    • Your credits are open to spend as you choose, all at once or over several deals. It's your call on how you want to use them.

GIFTING

  1. Can I buy a Weforia deal as a gift for someone?
    • Yes, unless the fine print on an individual deal specifically states otherwise, gift away! To send a gift, select the gift option at checkout and enter the relevant information. You can have the deal voucher emailed directly to the recipient when the deal ends or print it out and give it like a traditional gift certificate. (Please note: only the value of the deal will be displayed on the voucher, not the price you paid.)
  2. Can I reprint or resend a gift if the recipient has issues printing/redeeming?
    • Yes, the gift will be saved in “My Account” under the “My Gifts” section. Easily reprint or resend a gift at your leisure.
  3. Can I change the name on a Weforia gift?
    • Yes, the "To:" field on a gift can be changed as long as the gift has not been redeemed at the place of business or already emailed directly to your recipient. (Please note: the voucher number will always remain the same allowing the business to track if a voucher has been redeemed.)
